Bjørn Heglie, beloved local Scandinavian folk singer, will take us all on a musical tour of folk songs of Scandinavia that will travel from early songs of sailors longing for home to children’s songs to songs of love. Come enjoy and take a light heart and tapping toes home with you. All ages are welcome!

Meet the Musician, Bjørn Heglie,

Bjørn Heglie was born in Trondheim, Norway. He came to the US after WWII, making a career in all things mathematical. He now concentrates on his first love—music—as a composer, musician, recording artist, and storyteller.
