In conjunction with her book release, “Celebrations to Remember,” Soile Anderson will show us how to use gravlax in a fun, creative way! First, Soile will demystify the process of safely curing the salmon and talk about its transformation into gravlax. From there, she will demonstrate a gravlax canape recipe. Complete with her signature dill dressing recipe, this dish is sure to please your party guests! This class is demonstration style and is held in ASI’s Paulson Hall.
Soile Anderson founded Taste of Scandinavia Bakeries and The Finnish Bistro restaurants, now both in other hands. She has catered for President Obama and the Dalai Lama, and hosted a Scandinavian Mid-Summer Party for "Martha Stewart Living" magazine.
