Not fair. Icelandic wool creations are well known. Norwegian sweaters - or at least the complicated patterns into which the colors are woven - have also been popular through the ages. Plus, don't forget clogs and also those pointed-toe variations of the Lapps' boots. Although it never really got commercially successful, the 1980's "Swedish Full Body Condom" is still a good joke on comedy skits, too.
Because good Swedish fashion designers are almost invariably drawn to Milan, Paris, London and New York (with a big "etc" added), a lot of creations that are in fact Swedish simply have no "made in Scandinavia by Scandinavians" on their labels. There is doubtless much more Nordic influence in the apparel world today than is publicly apparent.
