Just as a question of clarification, I thought that "bipartisan" politics referred to all parties working together regardless of political labels. The opposite, I thought, was "party politics," and that meant that every party member voted the same way as the party to which he or she belonged. So, when you say that she is steering clear of "bipartisan politics," exactly what does that mean? I would appreciate an explanation.
