We have a child so you have to keep that in mind in keping it clean and dustfree for allergies. Our apartment is our home that we take very well care of. We have a king size bed and a single bed and everything else you need in a home. We have several trains to downtown manhattan (15 minutes on the express train) A, B,C D and also 2 train. In the neighbourhood you have everything you need, laundry mat, grocery stores, starbucks, NYCS gym, dry cleaners, citibank and chase, pool (great in the hot summer days) This is an ideal for 2 students or a couple to rent. You HAVE to be VERY clean and respectful to the neighbours, NO SMOKING; NO PETS AND NO PARTIES allowed. The rent is 1850 USD a month plus utilies and cable/lan line and wireless internet (130 dollars/month), we need atleast 3 months in advance plus 1 month rent deposit. We also have a washer and drier that we need a deposit fo as well (700) USD. Please send us an email and if you feel you are a great fit we will contact you, if you are in Sweden until end of September we would like to meet in person (we had several Swedish people rent from us).
