Ideally,I would love someone to take the place for 6 months,but I am open to rent for an extended period of 1 yr to the right person. Details: 2000 dollars per month-that includes all utilities,air conditioning, WiFi and digital cable. Furnished with a full bed, TV, chest of drawers,kitchen table & chairs,baker's rack,microwave,assorted pots & pans,dishes,kitchen utensils, etc. This is a home; don't expect a completely empty apartment. The building is quiet and very safe. The neighborhood is super safe and there are many grocery stores,restaurants, delis, etc. 10-15 minute walk from the 6 Line at 77th St. The crosstown bus stops directly across from the building. 15-20 walk to Central Park. Requirements to move in: First month's rent and a security deposit of one full month's rent as well as proof of employment or matriculation if you are a student. |
