Room in charming apartment

| Furnished room in a charming apartment. Wooden floors and high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen including a Vita-mix and a juicer, high speed internet. Very close to the 1 train and 8 min walk to express A and D (and local B, C) trains. It is a safe area to take the train no matter what time of the day or night it is. Close to the park and a recreational area with track and field, indoor/outdoor pool, basketball, tennis and squash courts. Several nearby grocery stores, restaurants etc. The apartment is to be shared primarily with me (on occasion other guests). If I am home, I stay in the bedroom and rent out the living room. You can choose to sleep on the sofa bed or a blow up mattress with an extra mattress on top that is really comfortable. The room has its own door and is located across the hall from my bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom in between. There is a closet in the hallway for your disposal. I am a happy and social person and happy to help to make your NY visit the outmost experience. 2 weeks minimum stay preferred. Long term rentals welcome. |
