On January 29, Kees Kruythoff, president of Unilever North America, was the guest of honor at SACC-New York’s first Speaker Luncheon of 2015. Held at the 21 Club, Kruythoff’s engaging presentation “Sustainable Growth at Unilever” was a fitting way to kick off the Chamber’s “Year of Sustainability.”
Kruythoff moved to the U.S. in 2011 after senior roles with Unilever in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America. While the CEO of Unilever Brazil, the second largest Unilever business, he was nominated as one of the country’s top 10 sustainability leaders.
