As we approach the end of summer, we will celebrate the traditional Norwegian meal that dates back to what was grown and produced on farms and still enjoyed today.
Nordic Northwest's Cook & Eat Committee, in cooperation with Broder Söder Café, will share how to make and present Spekemat, cured meats served with traditional Norwegian side dishes, and accompanied by aquavit tastings!!
