'Somewhere Else' (Någon annanstans i Sverige) is screened at the Cinequest Film Festival, San Jose. (February 28 - March 11, 2012). Directed by Kjell-Åke Andersson this is a movie to be watched for its cast more than anything else. The U.S. premiere of a gloomy glimpse of people's everyday life in a small and gloomy village in Sweden - the fictional Borunda. One critic noted "..escape from the country or suicide seems like the most likely avenues rather than setting foot in the fictional town of the movie..." |
