KUBB, a Viking Throwing game, offered by We R Able, July 28

When the Vikings were looking for recreation a thousand years ago, some researchers say they played KUBB, a game like Bocce Ball, using throwing sticks and blocks of wood. Jed Bingham, of Cambridge, will teach and lead the game on Saturday July 28, at the downtown Rush City park. Between two and 12 players can participate in each game.
