Swedish Cooking Class and Lunch at Nordic House in Berkeley

Fylgia Lodge in San Francisco and Nordic House in Berkeley are collaborating on a series of cooking classes. Saturday, June 30th, (start time 11a.m.) will be our second class. Participants will learn to make mussels in aquavit, salad with lox and berries and lingonberry bars. They will also enjoy these foods for lunch. Cost is $10 per person.
