This month’s Smörgåsbord features a variety of European breads, a tiered fresh fruit arrangement, baked Brie and dill Havarti cheeses, four kinds of herring, wild Alaskan smoked lox salmon with cucumber dill sauce, baby red potatoes, Minnesota wild rice salad with smoked rainbow trout, cucumber dill salad, Scandinavian pea salad, red beet salad, and roasted Portobello mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. Also on the menu are Jansson’s temptation, Swedish meatballs with mushroom gravy, and Scandinavian meat-filled cabbage rolls. For dessert, try a slice of Scandinavian strawberry torte.

The meal (including sales tax) is $45 for members, $50 for nonmembers, $20 ages 6–11, and free for children under six. Reservations are required by Sunday, Feb. 10 and are non-refundable. A cash bar will also be available. Table reservations will only be made for groups of six or more, and all members of the party must be included under one reservation.
