The dark hours of winter grow shorter and the people of Sweden look forward to Spring and Summer with the longer sunny days. Learn how they celebrate the traditions that accompany the expanding daylight hours. We’ll hear about Lent, Easter, Walpurgis Night, Swedish National Day and Midsommar at the next meeting of the Swedish American Historical Society of Wisconsin, Inc. Join us on Saturday, March 9th, 2013,1:30 p.m. at Redemption Lutheran Church, 4057 North Mayfair Road (Hwy. 100, just north of Capitol Dr.) Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
