Genealogy Session: “Swedish Food of Yesterday and Today; Fermented Herring Anyone?” On Saturday, Feb. 23, the Nordic Family Genealogy Center at the Swedish American Museum will host a genealogy session discussing fermented herring–a delicacy from Northern Sweden, among other food traditions. This session will be led by Kerstin Nicholson.
