We R Able hosts a series of Arts Prescription (Rx) Concerts, so that all who attend can get a good dose of arts medicine. Folk performer Art Bjorngjeld of the Twin Cities, performs in concert at the North Country Coffee shop, at North Branch Outlet Mall, on Thursday, June 27, at 6 p.m. The evening begins with supper at 5 and pre-registration ($7.50) is needed. Art will play old time Scandinavian tunes on the fiddle and button box accordion, and add his own style of humor in the form of Ole and Lena jokes.This activity is made possible in part by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the East Central Regional Arts Council thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
