Written by Jonas Hassen Khemiri (Sweden, 2009). In their fight to define themselves, a trio of women – a young revolutionary, a middle-aged woman living strictly within her comfort zone, and an old truth seeker – realize that they are, in fact, the same person.

Written by Jon Fosse (Norway, 2005). Following the lives of a young man and woman as they age, Sleep is beautiful story about love, disappointment, hope, and death where both the past and future are always a part of the present moment.

Co-presented by the Consulate General of Denmark New York, the Consulate General of Finland in New York, the Consulate General of Iceland in New York, the Royal Norwegian Consulate General of New York, the Consulate General of Sweden in New York, and Scandinavia House.
