The problem is that few actually practice creating culture.

We will introduce the following topics:

The importance and relevance of culture in emerging organizations.
The emergence of culture and the role of the founding team in creating culture.
The elements that constitute culture and the notion of an ongoing “entrepreneurial” culture.
