Join the Swedish American Museum for a day packed with fun for everyone as we raise money to restore the Andersonville water tower tank to our roof! The festivities kick-off at 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 1 in our parking lot on the corner of Foster and Ashland and go to 4 p.m. There will be games from Swedish classics like Fiskdamm for little ones to Bags for bigger kids (and kids at heart) and more. You will even have a chance to get your picture taken with the iconic water tower tank!

We will also announce the person or business who has collected the most so far via our white donation cans. For cans to be eligible for this contest they should be returned to the Museum no later than Tuesday, May 27 at 3 p.m. The winner will receive one of our special “Krya på dig” water tower t-shirts.

Admission is $10 per person or $25 for a family with proceeds going to the Water Tower Fund. With admission you get a ticket for a free concession item of your choice. Concessions will also be available for individual purchase and will include Swedish hot dogs, sodas and other festival fare. Please note this event will be cash only (no credit cards accepted).
