California Lutheran University's Scandinavian Festival celebrates the contributions of the Scandinavian culture to America. The food and events cater to the entire family. Children enjoy hands-on crafts and meeting real Vikings (modern day, of course). Others enjoy shopping the many booths featuring Nordic crafts. And everyone will enjoy the food, including Aebleskivers, Viking Dogs and lefse. |
