The Beethoven Sonatas: The Tempest

Pre-concert talk at 7:15 pm

Resuming his Beethoven Piano Sonata cycle from previous seasons Swedish pianist Per Tengstrand perform the famous "Tempest" Sonata, the second sonata in the Opus 31: a dark and dramatic piece. Tengstrand will also play the humorous and upbeat third and last sonata in this opus, for contrast.
