Join Christer Olsen from Arcus AS, the biggest aquavit producer in the world and the producers of Linie Aquavit and Aalborg Aquavit, for a celebration of "Skål! Scandinavian Spirits." Christer shares his knowledge of aquavit and leads us through different production methods, explains why the various aquavits taste the way they do, and inspires us to explore aquavit food-pairings and make interesting aquavit cocktails.

Guests to this event must be 21 or older. Cost to attend is $30 and includes aquavit samples and light food. Confirmed reservations required and can be made on the Museum's website.
