Conference participants will be immersed in an experiential program, introducing their minds and senses to award-winning cuisine through a series of lectures, presentations, and tastings by Nordic and regional chefs focusing on this incredible culinary trend.

Conference presenters include Norwegian chef and host of the PBS series New Scandinavian Cooking, ANDREAS VIESTAD, Sweden's MAGNUS NILSSON of the internationally renowned restaurant Fäviken, Finland's SARA LA FOUNTAIN seen on PBS's New Scandinavian Cooking and the sequel series, A Perfect Day, and Sweden's KALLE BERGMAN (founder of Honest Cooking and the popular Nordic NORTH Festival in NYC) who will serve as the keynote speaker.
