Swedish alternative folk band Baskery turns music on its head through a distinct mix of killer sibling harmonies, a touch of grunge, and alt-folk musicianship.
Made up of sisters Sunniva (guitar + vocals), Greta (drums + vocals), and Stella (bass + vocals), the self-described “three bitches from Sweden” first started making music in their late teens, joining their father’s one-man band and performing blues and country covers in pubs and bars. With this classic roots and Americana foundation, the band discovered the urge to break the rules of traditional music and create a unique sound of their own. The band signed with Warner Bros. Records in 2014 and look to release their first album on the label later in 2016.
