The Swedish hiphop/swing band Movits! will perform at the Cedar Cultural Center. Their 2008 debut album “Äppelknyckarjazz” climbed to number one spots on both iTunes and Amazon charts. Notable here is that these were American charts and Movits! are singing in Swedish - after appearing on the American talk show “the Colbert Report” they found their stateside audience for the melodic hiphop they represent.
