Students will be immersed in authentic Swedish baking while learning several baking tips for perfecting their baking at home. Eva will share several of her favorite sweets to make around the holiday season. She will share her own stories as well as weave in some historical context while preparing Swedish cookie “tapas”, or small plates. Students will sample each baked good, served with coffee, of course.

This class is demonstration style and is held in ASI's Paulson Hall located in the lower level of the Turnblad Mansion.

INSTRUCTOR
Baking has been Eva Sabet’s passion since the age of 13. She has taught culinary classes in Sweden for all types of students, from beginners to gourmets. During her time in the States she has baked for Farmers Markets, at ASI, and has been the proud owner of Swedish Crown Bakery in Anoka since 2011.
