Seth Chanowitz, a former international journalist who worked throughout the Nordic region, a former US intelligence official, and former overseas United States official who worked in Europe and Africa, has released a timely 21 century spy thriller entitled, "Russia Rising."
He will hold a discussion at the World Politics Institute in Washington, DC titled, "Russia, Finland, and the New Cold War."
