In connection to our current exhibit "22 Sustainable Houses from Bollnäs to Kiruna" Linnea Bengtsson will give a presentation on a local Rockford neighborhood project expanded into an international partnership generating economic benefits on both sides of the Atlantic. Three homes were built as a collaboration project incorporating Swedish heritage and education and helped foster a sustainable future in Rockford. Students from De la Gardiegymnasiet in Lidköping, Sweden came to Rockford this project. Linnea Bengtsson is an international business developer that works out of both Rockfors and Lidköping. Bring a bag lunch to eat while enjoying the exhibit and the lecture will start at 12:30 p.m.
