To celebrate 100 years of Finnish independence, we offer a unique opportunity: to learn how to brew a batch of Finnish Sahti in the traditional method, using a hollowed-out log.
The course begins with a short lecture by homebrewer and museum professional Grant P. H. Barber, in which participants will learn the difference between traditional and contemporary brewing practices. Afterward, students will brew their own Sahti!
