The Swedish American Museum’s annual fundraising event is a night of fun and celebration of Swedish and Swedish-American heritage and culture. A silent auction is held, and guests are treated to a night of celebration of the museum’s mission and accomplishments.

Our annual dinner, dance, and auction to benefit the Swedish American Museum will be held at the Sunset Ridge Country Club in Northfield. This year we will be honoring 40th ward Alderman Patrick O’Connor and 48th ward Alderman Harry Osterman. We honor these gentlemen as a measure of our appreciation and gratitude for their support for the museum and its endeavors. They embody the true meaning of public service and have many times provided guidance and paved the way to assist the museum in its ambitions.

Cocktails and silent auction will begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner, the program, and dancing. The event is black tie optional.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the museum. Raffle tickets are available for purchase in-person at the museum or can be reserved using the reply card that can be returned by mail to the museum. All proceeds benefit the Swedish American Museum. Contributions are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
