Nicholas R. Bell, senior vice president for curatorial affairs at Mystic Seaport Museum, where the Viking replica ship Draken Harald Hårfagre is currently docked, discusses the subjects of two upcoming summer exhibitions:
new Viking research initiatives based on the rare artifacts and collections of the Gustavianum Museum at Uppsala University,
and the history of Yale's infamous and controversial Vinland Map.
