Emanuel Lutheran Church in Hartford presents the 105th annual Lucia Festival. The one hour festival of music and light is presented by the children of Emanuel at 5pm and again at 8pm. Swedish refreshments are provided after each performance. The church is handicapped accessible and there is ample parking in the state lot 1/2 block from the church.
