Over 180 objects are included in this first major exhibition highlighting the collaboration of Scandinavian and American designers, planned to open at the Milwaukee Art Museum, May 15- Sep 7, 2020.

Monica Obniski, curator of 20th- and 21st-century design, traveled to Stockholm and Oslo researching and developing the exhibit of items of glass, metal, wood and fabric with many on loan from these museums. Creative design ideas have been shared between United States and Swedish Designers for many years and ambitious campaigns organized to market Scandinavian Design to American consumers. Join us as Monica introduces us to the MAM exhibition prepared for opening soon and traveling on to Los Angeles.

Coffee hour follows this presentation and our short meeting.
