On July 26, learn to prepare pickled herring! Instructor Patrice Johnson is a Nordic food geek and meatball historian who loves to give traditional Scandinavian recipes a modern spin. 6:30-8 p.m. at the American Swedish Institute, $45/members, $55/non-members $55.
