Sweden Makes Music is an exclusive pop music showcase presented by the Consulate General of Sweden in New York and Export Music Sweden at Baby's All Right in Brooklyn.

The line-up is curated by Grandins Flying Circus and features live performances by Swedish artists Beatrice Eli, Baba Stiltz, Beldina, Merely, Mr Tophat & Art Alfie, as well as DJ sets by Jenny & Vänner, Up To No Good and Hot Baby Karl.

Beatrice Eli — Eli has quickly intrigued fans and critics alike with her dynamic R&B pop sound and hit singles "Conqueror," "Girls" and "Moment of Clarity." Her long-awaited debut album "Die Another Day," just released on October 22, continues to push the pop envelope and upend expectations.

Baba Stiltz — Stiltz is a super versatile 21-year-old recording artist and producer of hip hop (Yung Lean), folk-pop, house and techno, and is a professionally trained ballet dancer. His solo album "Total" was released by Stockholm label Studio Barnhus and described as "psychedelic screw-pop, minimalistic emo-acid and opiate-drenched coming-of-age-ambient."

Beldina — Born and raised in Sweden with roots in Kenya and introduced at an early age to gospel and classical music, Beldina taps into a wide range of international influences to create electronic soul with a personal, lush and lively feel. She spent last year recording in Los Angeles and self-releasing her mixtape "Opening Act."

Merely — Merely's atmospheric, dreamy electronic pop was showcased in full effect on her album "Nirvana," released this year on Göteborg label Sincerely Yours, also home to CEO and Tough Alliance. The album, three years in the making, was inspired by Merely's own childhood, teenage and adult experiences.

Mr. Tophat & Art Alfie — They made an instant impact on the electronic music scene by dropping five EPs in six months on their own label, Karlovak, including "KVK 100" and "Marlboro Light." Their signature disco-tinged house has already brought them to seminal venues such as Corsica Studios, RA Party, Rex Club, Sonar and Boiler Room.
