Adam Hjorthén will give a presentation at ASI about the Kensington Rune Stone on Sunday, March 13. It could be argued that the Kensington Rune Stone, discovered in Douglas County in 1898, is the world’s most famous rune stone. Sweden alone has some 2500 rune stones, but none of them has received as much attention as the one from Minnesota.
Cost $6 for ASI members and $8 for nonmembers. Limited seating, reservations are encouraged.
