Oleana of Norway, makers of exquisite knitwear designed by Award-winning Solveig Hisdal will hold an exhibition in Vancouver at the Pendulum Gallery (www.pendulumgallery.bc.ca), in September 2009. Solveig Hisdal's designs are colourful and highly decorative in their patterns. The exhibition will trace the designer's sources of inspiration. Oleana produce their collection in their small Espeland factory, outside Bergen. Oleana has been available in the United States since two years after their inception in 1992, and in Canada since 2004.
