When tourists flock on the observation deck of the Empire State Building, New Yorkers gather for an after-work drink on the 33rd Street side of the lobby, in the Empire Room.

Monday nights of “Timeless Elegance” is a series of performances—happenings really—infused by Anders Holst’s smokey jazz voice and contemporary romantic lyrics. The almost weekly nights are usually combined with unique and lively events, such as champagne tastings, goodie bags or nice prizes, like a free dinner or one month gym cards.
