Ulf, this event is really just an event description - and it's in the calendar.
We R Able sponsors KUBB + evening concert with Wink the Other Eye
A musical group with wide versatility and interests in musical genres will perform at the Historic Grant House in Rush City on Monday, August 29, at 5:49 p.m. Wink the Other Eye, a four-member band from East Central Minnesota, will play guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and bass, and will include blue grass and old time tunes and songs.
The event is sponsored by We R Able. The evening begins will a few rounds of Kubb, a Viking lawn game outdoors on the Grant House lawn at 4:30 p.m. Connor Lestrud is the instructor, and he is a champion Kubb player from the Masse Moro Norwegian Language Camp near Eau Claire, WI. After the Kubb games guests may adjourn to the restaurant and order off the menu at 5:11 p.m., a mysterious start time. Music begins at 5:49 p.m. There will also be cryptograms and other puzzles to add to the mystery of the night. Pre-registration is needed.
